Breakfast is one of the most popular meals of the day and we would like to enhance it even more with our special service. With us, coffee enthusiasts are not only offered the traditional pot of filter coffee, but also a selection of freshly ground and brewed speciality coffees. At the breakfast table you can choose from: Espresso - café latte - cappuccino - latte macchiato - café macchiato - foamed milk – hot chocolate (all coffees are also available in decaf).
We are too close to Italy to bypass those treats!
Of course you can also opt for the traditional pot of coffee and choose from many teas at the tea bar. High quality teas from VIROPA and Golden Bridge Tea put a smile on your face.
Fine, homemade South Tyrolean sweet pastries in the afternoon
In the afternoon from 3:00 to 5:00 pm you can enjoy our afternoon buffet: fine, homemade South Tyrolean sweet pastries, soups, fruit from South Tyrol, salads and snacks sweeten your afternoon on our large sun terrace with panoramic views. The sheer joy of life with panoramic views of the Dolomites.
Gourmet dinners
The crowning glory of a day at the Schönblick takes place in the evening. At least in terms of culinary pleasures. Using largely top quality regional products our kitchen team produces culinary highlights that are served to you in a 5-course set menu. There is a salad buffet for crispy salads. The most special event in our gourmet calendar is the weekly gala dinner with a 6-7 course gourmet menu. Special highlights are the fish dish on Fridays and the daily cheese board with fruit. Our dinner menus are served from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
